Andrea
Founder and Lead Designer
Andrea has degree in Interior Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. She has been practicing interior design in the Washington, D.C. region since 1998.
At DOMA Andrea provides design services and strategic leadership.
Timofey
Co-Founder / Designer Business Operations
After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2000 with a degree in Architecture, Timofey first worked in commercial sector.
At DOMA Timofey is responsible for business operations, organizational culture and team development.
Joe Pushak
Business Development
Joe has a degree in Business Marketing and over 10+ years of experience working with and alongside builders throughout the DMV area. At DOMA, Joe is responsible for business development and project management. Much like the Steelers, Joe runs hard to provide amazing customer service for creating Raving fans, not Raven fans.
Linda
Estimating and Project Coordinator
At DOMA, Linda oversees the connection between the designers and the cabinetry manufacturer.
Linda has a master's degree in fine arts from the University of Maryland, BC. She is an accomplished photographer with work shown all over the world.

Dasha
Designer
Dasha has a degree in Interior Design and is an expert in 3D MAX and other modeling software. She is responsible for bringing design ideas to life on the computer screen.
Dasha joined our team in 2018 and serves as one the team leaders.
Timothy
Architectural Designer and AutoCAD
Timothy has a degree in architecture and has been practicing design for over a decade. He brings technical expertise to the DOMA team.
Timothy is responsible for leading the architectural design team and assists with systems and business processes.
Lena
Interior Designer and AutoCAD
Lena graduated with a degree in Architecture and interior design. Following her graduation she worked for various design firms. Lena joined the DOMA team in 2021.
Lena is responsible for AutoCAD drawings and specifications.
Aleks
Architectural Designer and AutoCAD
Aleks joined DOMA team in 2019. He has a degree in Architecture and at DOMA is responsible for Architectural design, structural calculations, and permit drawings
